Refund Policy: All of our parties are Non- Refundable. We do not offer refunds. All Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, in which case you’ll receive a credit valid for 30 days to reschedule, from your original booking date. Second cancellation will only be given a 14 day credit note to reschedule, from your second cancelled booking date. Third cancellation will result in no option to reschedule and no refunds. No exceptions. Weather Policy: Weather is unpredictable & out of our control. While it is rare, we may need you to change locations or change your picnic date due to bad weather. If it looks like it may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance of your picnic to discuss your options. There is no cancellation fee due to bad weather.
